Pre-Launch Orders

ZUMI Coffee is currently in pre-launch phase. When you place an order, our team will contact you within 5-7 business days to confirm your order details, verify shipping information, and provide an estimated delivery timeline. Pre-launch orders are subject to product availability.

Products and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we reserve the right to:

• Correct any errors in pricing or product information
• Modify or discontinue products without notice
• Limit quantities available for purchase
• Refuse or cancel any order for any reason

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total order amount. For pre-launch orders, your payment will be processed at the time of order, and our team will follow up to confirm fulfillment details.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping details and delivery timelines will be communicated when our team contacts you to confirm your pre-launch order. Shipping costs and available destinations may vary. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. For pre-launch orders, full refunds are available if you cancel before your order is shipped.
